摘要
Last month I set the scene for the various claims which could arise from a casualty and showed how the marine engineer, both afloat and ashore, could protect owners' interests. I described how important it was to obtain and preserve all the contemporaneous evidence, always keeping an eye on the question of privilege. This month I will deal with salvage with particular reference to Lloyd's Open Form 1995.
