摘要
Thermal characteristics of gratings inscribed by an infrared femtosecond laser are studied at temperatures ranged from 500 degrees C to 1050 degrees C. Stability of gratings at temperatures up to 900 degrees C has been observed. (c) 2005 Optical Society of America.
