摘要
Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering (HWME), as a newly developed group decision-making support system based on web, afford a platform for complex administrative decision-making, such as macro-economics forecasting. This paper focus on behavior reengineering related to decision making in HWME, in which collaboration and communication are key factors affecting decision-making efficiency. Firstly, the paper introduces HWME and analyzes the difficulty of comp lex administrative decision-making. Then the cognitive feature of participants in complex administrative decision-making is analyzed deeply and the framework of reengineering decision-making behavior is proposed based on Metasynthesis. To facilitate behavior reengineering, we proposed a new method based on ontology which are built based on domain-specific thesaurus, by which we can map participants' actual behavior in the network of ontology. Finally, we give a suppositional example of macroeconomics forecasting to illustrate behavior reengineering.
