摘要
Numerical models are currently being developed for a varieties of nondestructive testing environments. This paper discusses a number of applications with emphasis on resonant methods and the development of models for these testing environments. The applications discussed relate to testing of lossy dielectrics, monitoring of drying processes, and detection of lossy materials in hazardous environments. The models, both in the time- and frequency-domain are general and apply equally well to other microwave applications. Sample results show the accuracy and capabilities of the models presented.
