摘要
The polymorphism of a total of nine microsatellite loci (CPH3, CPH6, CPH8, 2004, 2010, 2140, 2159, 2168 and 2319) were analysed in six dog breeds (bouvier des flandres, Yorkshire terrier, bloodhound, dachshund, rottweiler and boxer). All the loci were at least medium polymorphic and the PIC value for all the dogs varied from 0.67 to 0.91. However, a broad variability in,the PTC value was found within particular breeds themselves- from 0.16 (CPH3 in bloodhounds) to 0.89 (2319 in dachshunds). The microsatellites which were studed out to be very useful for paternity control. The exclusion probability (PE) for the studied breeds, in the case where both parents could be genotyped, varied from 0.9946 (boxer) to 0.9996 (dachshund). In the case where only one parent was available for genotyping the PE varied from 0.6677 (bouvier des flandres) to 0.7090 (boxer).
