Inorganic hybrid perovskites have attracted considerable research interest for next-generation display materials, which makes them good candidates for optoelectronic devices, but many problems have restricted their development, such as instability, anion exchange, and so on. Here, we demonstrate a laser treatment process on perovskite nanocrystal (NC) films that can help to solve these problems in perovskite devices. The perovskite NC film was successfully laser-modified and patterned via laser direct writing. During the laser-direct-writing process, we explored the influence of laser illumination on inorganic perovskite NCs and developed dual-color luminescent perovskite NC films, which provide great potential for the development of display areas.
