摘要：
An overview of current research on the sexuality of persons diagnosed with schizophrenic disorders is presented. This includes gender-specific symptoms and disease patterns, the meaning of sexuality in the context of schizophrenia, and the effects which sexuality has on psychiatric treatment, sexual quality of life and treatment compliance. The authors also discuss in detail the side effects of antipsychotic medications. The article proposes viewing sexuality and schizophrenia in a differentiated way and integrating sexual topics into the treatment of patients living with schizophrenia.
