摘要
Drawing on social exchange theory, this study investigated the influence of psychological contract violation on organizational citizenship behavior of university teachers, and verified the moderating effect of Chinese traditionality. With a sample of 412 teachers, results from regression analysis indicated that: (1) Psychological contract violation had a significant negative impact on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior. (2) Chinese traditionality weakened the negative influence of psychological contract violation on organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, school administrators should pay attention to the teachers' traditionality value, and reduce psychological contract violation to improve the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers.
