摘要
The paper aims to outline some issues related to risk identification in implementation of investment projects in the public sector, with the focus on distribution of risk in projects carried out under public-private partnerships (PPP). In particular, it is an attempt to find out which types of risks Polish public investors are exposed to when performing construction undertakings, as the right identification of construction risk is a prerequisite for sound management when conducting public investment projects. The paper contains a review of scholarly literature.
