摘要：
EVA Financial Management System is a kind of financial management, performance assessment and incentive system raised by Stern Stewart, of which purpose is to make the manager of a company put the maximization of shareholders' value as the principal of all corporate actions. Currently, many UK and US companies adopt EVA Financial Management System to assess the achievement of the companies. This article introduces the concept of EVA Financial Management System, comparing EVA Financial Management System with the traditional enterprise financial management system, illustrating how does EVA Financial Management System amend and optimize the traditional financial management index, and exploring the application of EVA theory in financial management of enterprises.
