摘要：

Sesquiterpenes, 2-methyl-6-(4-tolyl)hept-1-ene (1), 2-methyl-6-(2-oxo-4-methylcyclohex-3-en-l-yl)-1-heptanol(2) and 2-methyl-6-(2-oxo-4-methylcyclohex-3-en-l-yl)-1-heptanal (3) have been synthesized utilising tandemphenylation reduction and Birch reduction.
