摘要
Responsibility of an organization for the impacts of its decisions and activities on society and the environment, through transparent and ethical behaviour can, among other things, contributes to sustainable development as well as influences competitive advantage and reputation of companies. There is today a growing perception among enterprises that sustainable business success and shareholder value cannot be achieved solely through maximising short-term profits, but instead through market-oriented yet responsible behaviour. The different aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Poland, such as the creation of employee-friendly workplace, can increase the innovation potential of the company.
