摘要
This article is the initial contribution to the series of articles that will be devoted to measurement of process variables in food and biotechnological processes. The measuring chain and its individual parts are described. The paper presents these concepts: sensors, transmitters, data loggers, intelligent sensors and transmitters, wireless sensors, and it also explains their functions.
