Neutrino astronomy: The case for ANTARES

摘要
The sky survey with high energy neutrinos is complementary to the survey with photons. The method of the detection of nu(mu) is described and the expected sensitivity to galactic and extra-galactic sources with a kilometer-scale detector is estimated. The status of the current under-water(ice) detector projects is reported. The status of the ANTARES project is described.
