摘要
One contributing factor is the company's development of qualified human resources, so it becomes important in selecting the right job candidates, resulting in employees that fit the needs of the company. The problem that often occurs in CV. Asia Exotica is experiencing difficulties in recruiting applicants for employment, since files are often handled and sorted manually, so sometimes there are actual applicants who do not meet the criteria or requirements included in the interview process, or even hired the company. As a result, the company will have a workforce that is not in accordance with the needs of the company. This could indirectly hamper the productivity of the company itself. Therefore, the information system is considered very necessary in helping to make quick decisions, accurate and reduces errors caused by humans. There are many methods to build a decision support system. The use of software decision support system (DSS) with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Super Decisions consists of multiple criteria that after the accumulated gain the highest score among the other employees. After knowing the parameters, the next step is to analyze the needs of the system, manipulate knowledge, applying the method and system testing by using Software Super Decisions. Hopefully this method can make it easier to support a decision by a complex issue.
