摘要
Political systems have long been faced with various security threats. Up to recent past, most of these threats were of military, political, economic, and lately of environmental nature. However, in addition to traditional forms of threats, the reality of ever growing rate of development in information technology has drawn the attention of law-makers to new areas of global threats. These new areas of threats present themselves in the virtual world of cybernetics. Automation of the infrastructure of world governments is rapidly taking place within such virtual realms. Additionally, the grasp of the internet is a prevailing reality that has heralded the arrival of a new area of threat to the national security. Cyber crimes occur in both developing and developed countries. However, it is the former that is most vulnerable when it comes to such threats. It is because of the lack of a suitable legal system of bounds and checks. This paper endeavors to explore the relationship between the threats of cybernetic crimes and the national security in the developing countries.
