摘要
One of the most considerable alter-effects of the possible global climate warming due to increasing concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere can become changing water resources and hydrology of water objects. The directionality of these changes affects in much the conditions of population and economy water supply as well as extraordinary situations. The report discusses the methodological problems of assessing climate change effects on water and water management systems and the possibilities of adapting to these changes. Cited are the results of studies on assessing the consequences of climate change effects on the system of water resources in the Upper Ural.
