摘要
This paper proposes a sensorless control strategy for a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) in variable speed Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS). In order to increase efficiency and robustness of WESC, two kinds of algorithms, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Sliding Mode Observer (SMO), are designed. Consequently, the observation of the rotor speed and the rotor position are made, only, by measuring voltages and currents. The effectiveness of the proposed observers is verified using Matlab /Simulink software. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed observers for the PMSG driven by WECS.
