摘要
"Youth is strong, China is strong". Adolescents are the most important force in the current era. The development of adolescents' physical fitness is related to the realization of the Chinese dream and the better development of future society. In recent years, with the continuous increase of students 'academic work and poor lifestyles, the adolescents' physical fitness in our country has declined year after year. With the popularity of national health regimen, health regimen is no longer exclusive to the elderly. Faced with the physical and health problems of young people, it is necessary to establish the concept of adolescent health regimen and to form an independent exercise regimen. The purpose of this article is to carry forward and promote the sports health culture on the basis of campus informatization. The data was obtained through the questionnaire method, and two weeks after the questionnaire was collected, the relevant students retested with the retest reliability method to confirm the validity of the data. It was concluded that the campus believes that the most people who have exercised physical and mental health through physical exercises, the second is that those who have improved their physique, and practice Chinese traditional sports to maintain physical health. Enriched amateur life, improved self-defense skills, and finally increased awareness of Chinese traditional sports health culture. And found that most people do not have a training plan, only 8.9% have developed a long-term training plan, and the inheritance of sports health culture cannot be separated from the long-term training plan.
