摘要
This paper points out a basic hypothesis that along with the economic development and social improvement, the evidences that validate the relationship between employment and non-employment of corporation human capital and non-human capital are deficient, the characteristics and effects of the factors that affect the property of capital contract are being or even have been changed, and the contract between corporation human capital and non-human capital has a property of non-employment. Hereby, we establish a structure equation model of cognition based on the following factors: capital owners' cooperation bias, cognitive intention and factors which affect contractual property and design a questionnaire about what are the capital owners' cognitions of non-employment property of capital contract presently, and finally we attain some effective data from high-level managers and core technologist from 55 corporations in 15 cities. Analyzing these data by software LISERL8.53, we conclude that the design of this questionnaire is effective and capital owners clearly and affirmatively accept the proposition that non-employment property of capital contract is in existence now.
