摘要
Based on the H-beam with wholly corrugated web, a new kind of rail structure corrugated waist rail is developed. The rolling experiment is carried in the Research Mill Institute of Yanshan University. Base on the FEM software, ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the rolling process of corrugated waist rail is simulated. From the experiment and simulation result, the rolling force is much greater than that of classical rail. Therefore, it is important to analyze the feature of deformation zone. The shape changed zone directly influent the change of rolling force. It is helpful to choose the motor power.
