摘要
Graphene Oxide/Nickel Oxide nanocomposite (GN) has been synthesized and characterized using SEM, FTIR, XRD, UV and PL studies. The nanocomposite showed good antibacterial properties against Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus and A. baumannii. The capability of the nanocomposite as a chemosensor was analyzed towards the sensing of natural amino acids. This nanocomposite acts as a potential fluorescent chemosensor for L-Leucine through Photoinduced Electron Transfer (PET) mechanism without any interference from the potentially competing other amino acids.
