摘要
We demonstrate a nonvolatile, small-form-factor (20 mu m) phase-shifter based on low-loss phase-change materials (Ge2Sb2Se4Te1 and Sb2Se3) on SOI waveguides. We achieve continuous optical phase modulation and an MZI switch with 30 dB extinction ratio. (C) 2021 The Author(s)
