摘要：
The current situations of moral hazard of automobile insurance market in China are analyzed. The behaviors and main causes of moral hazard of Chinese automobile insurance market are showed. The results show that moral hazard can be prevented by some measures, such as further improve insurance laws and regulations, strengthen the construction of social credit system and the claims settlement system, enhance the moral quality of automobile insurance practitioners, and construct automobile insurance information sharing system.
