摘要
Internet of Things Communication in Power Systems (IOTCPS) have been widely used both in smart grid and in-home applications such as real-time detection of equipment power and remote control of electrical network. However, security is still a major problem. A way to enhance security is to adopt physical layer security. By padding data to scrambler and interleave before transmitting, security can be quite improved. On the basis of this traditional communication link, in this paper, we propose a novel method to enhance security of IOTCPS. Digital front end is added to mask center frequency and bandwidth of transmitted message with artificial data. To access system security, we compare bit-error-rate (BER) performance of a legitimate receiver and an eavesdropper. Results shows that this method enhances security significantly.
