摘要
In this paper, the effect of small amounts of added elements, Cr, Co and Al on the electrode properties of Ti3Ni2 hydrogen storage alloy was investigated, including the discharge capacity, cycling life and high rate discharge ability, etc. The relation between high rate discharge capacity, apparent exchange current and apparent hydrogen diffusion coefficient were also investigate. The results show that at , room temperature, the high rate discharge ability and cycling life are improved by the addition of Cr and Al. Increasing the environment temperature promotes the increase of discharge capacity and worsens the cycling life. At 353 K, there are two discharge plateaus on the discharge curves for all used alloys. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
