Investigation on business method patents of Chinese commercial banks

Business method patent is a new form of intellectual property in e-commerce, which is paid much more attention recently. By reviewing and analyzing the foreign attitude towards business method patents, the deep-seated reason of different attitudes of different countries towards business method patents is the national economic benefit balance in different periods. Considering China's status quo, this article advances to analyze the business method patent of commercial banks in China, forecast the development trend of the patentability of business method in China, and demonstrate the innovation of domestic banks and explore the patent protection of business method.
