摘要：
This paper investigates the impact of board governance on growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Using a sample of 565 observations from China's Small and Medium Enterprise Stock Market, the results suggest that board size and the ownership of board have significantly positive effects on corporate growth. Further analysis shows that the effects of board governance on corporate growth are stronger when the top 10 shareholders are not related to each other.
