摘要：
Zu Beginn der COVID-19-Pandemie gab es widerspruchliche Aussagen zum Einfluss der Infektion auf Schwangerschaft und Geburt. Erste Berichte schienen zwar ermutigend, spater jedoch kamen Befurchtungen wegen thrombotischer Komplikationen auf. Insgesamt scheint diese Assoziation aber nicht generell zuzutreffen, sondern nur bei einer Subgruppe von Patientinnen.
