Problems and Countermeasures of Domestic Internet Financial Regulation

Combining network information technology with traditional financial model, the Internet finance provides convenient, fast and low cost financial services to customers with its "3A (Anytime, Anywhere, Anyhow) services". Many problems are exposed in the process of development of the Internet finance. Therefore, strengthening the financial regulation of the Internet finance has become an important task to maintain the order of financial market. Based on the discussion of the necessity of Internet financial supervision, this article is trying to analyze the present situation, problems and causes of Internet financial regulation in China. At last, in this paper it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: the regulatory system, regulatory concept and information disclosure to promote the stable development of the Internet financial industry.
