摘要：
This paper aims to present a procedure that allows finding a set of relevant variables related to the housing construction and other constructive actions. Starting from a literature study it is demonstrated the link of the local socio-economic dynamic with the behavior of housing construction demand and a set of 41 variables are identified. Through the designed procedure which combines expert work with statistics and social network analysis tools, eight variables and four set of those variables related that may conform forecasting models for the demand of housing construction, are found.
