摘要
With the spread of mobile networks and the development of smart devices, people are now able to send and receive information anytime and anywhere. In this situation, Social Networking Service (SNS) plays important roles not only in communicating with their friends but also as a means of gathering information. In this research, we implemented a system that posts traffic information of Metropolitan Expressway, the expressway in Tokyo, to Twitter. The system selects information from the received data, automatically generates the text, and posts it. Additional information can also be added manually. In this way, a new information platform has been created that enables the detailed and quick distribution of traffic control information.
