摘要
With the rapid progress of urbanization in China, land resources has become one of bottlenecks in many regions. In the case of limited amount, how to improve the urban land utilization has become the just way to ease the supply of land and break through the bottleneck. Therefore, taking 287 cities above prefecture-level in China as the research samples, this article measured urban land utilization efficiency by using the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) based on super-efficiency. Besides, it focused on the analysis of the capital cities and municipalities. The results showed that more than 90% of urban land utilization is invalid, and a few cities' land use are effective, still have room to improve. On this basis, this paper provided some recommendations for urban land utilization.
