Research on Problems of University Students' Teaching Evaluation in Our Country and Countermeasures

Students' teaching evaluation can reflect students' real opinion on teachers' classroom teaching and help teachers find their own deficiency in the process of teaching, so it is the effective means of encouraging teachers to improve teaching methods and enhance the teaching quality according to the students' actual needs and one of the important ways for students to participate in school management. However, in the light of present situation, there are still many problems in the university students' teaching evaluation, so how to take measures to improve university students' teaching evaluation effect is particularly important. On the basis of literature research, theoretical analysis and investigation, this paper first conducts the analysis and summary on the current situation and existing problems of the teaching evaluation in our country, and then puts forward the measures and countermeasures for solving these problems, including publicity of students' teaching evaluation, design of students' teaching evaluation index system, organization and implementation of students' teaching evaluation, processing of students' teaching evaluation results, etc.
