摘要
The article deals with the protection of the environment and the possibility of using drone technology, applying hypothetical-deductive method and indirect documentation research technique, with emphasis on the use of bibliographic research. An analysis is carried out based on the right to a balanced environment as a fundamental right, which is predicted in the Brazilian Constitution. The regulations issued by the regulatory agencies are analyzed, as well as legislative gaps on the use of drones. It is concluded that despite the lack of specific legislation, there are no obstacles for the use of drones in environmental protection.
