摘要
In this paper, we propose a window-based congestion control algorithm to achieve a max-min fair sharing of the available bandwidth in ECN capable heterogeneous TCP networks. Them proposed algorithm uses the successive binary congestion information provided by ECN. Based on the explicit network information, we estimate the fair window size proportional to the propagation delay.
