Dielectric and relaxor properties of the lead-containing ferroelectric ceramics

摘要
Dielectric properties of solid solutions PbTiO3-Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O-3 (I), PbTiO3-Pb(Mg1/2W1/2)O-3 (II), PbTiO3-Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O-3 (III), PbZrO3-Pb(Mg1/2W1/2)O-3 (IV) have been studied. Vogel-Fulcher approach has been used for description of relaxor properties of ceramics I with x = 0.20-0.24 and II with x = 0.45. Applicability of the power distribution function for evaluation of the diffuse phase transition parameters of ceramics I-IV has been proved.
