摘要
This study is, after analyze of Semantic Web Application and Web ontology characteristics, established inference-based web ontology that use expression of Description Logic and SWRL, and verified inference that established Web Ontologies. Especially, this study there is the merit that can recreate new Ontology through inference. Be it performs an inference rule defined, and to generate a new Ontology file through knowledge base ontologies. This the way that can achieve an important purpose called reuse and sharing under functions of ontology. Implemented a Test System to support an Intelligent Image Retrieval based on that established web ontologies. The test result, Semantic Web Application use inference-based web ontology showed with excellent performance in recall ratio and correctness rates than target system that use annotation-based ontology.
