摘要
Human papillomavirus-related mulitphenotypic sinonasal carcinoma is a recently described high-grade malignancy demonstrating significant morphologic overlap with adenoid cystic carcinoma and other salivary-type malignancies. We present a prototypical case of human papillomavirus-related mulitphenotypic sinonasal carcinoma in a 51-year-old woman and discuss the diagnosis, as well as the differential diagnosis.
