摘要
The paper details temperature control system of semiconductor laser from hardware to software, and regards C8051F020 single chip microcomputer as the core component, and adopts adaptation-tuning fuzzy-PID control algorithm, The system can automatically regulate KP, KI, KD of PID parameters according to temperature change, the output of PID adjusts the current of semiconductor cooling device to control the temperature of semiconductor laser, the entire system is simple, the requests of hardware is low, but the controlling precision is up to +/- 0 . 1 degrees C.
