摘要：
The article grounds the opportunity of organizational design at enterprises on the basis of their operating and planned business processes. Principles and means of transforming the processes within an enterprise's activities into a complex organizational project are formulated. Recommendations on application of the technological approach to organizational design at an enterprise are carried out.
