摘要：
This invited talk will present a brief overview of the International H2O Project (IHOP_2002). This experiment was one of the largest North American weather field experiments in history. The overall goal of the experiment is to increase the understanding and prediction of warm season rainfall through improved characterization of the water vapor field.
