摘要
In recent years, the manufacturing industry of distribution transformer (DT) in China has developed rapidly, and the competition is highly. The quality of the DTs was worried, where even using aluminum winding instead of copper winding in DTs without symbol. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the investment of distribution network construction will reach 1.7 trillion RMB, which makes a big market space for DTs. It is significance to study on winding material identification method, which can guarantee the benefit of the investor, promote the DTs quality, and ensure the reliability of power supply. The reasons for using aluminum winding instead of copper winding without marks are analyzed. The structure, demission, performance, and cost of DTs either with aluminum or copper windings are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of various identification methods for winding materials are compared, where the structure size and X-ray radiographic identification method are mainly introduced. The trends of identification method for winding material will be fast, reliable, and portable.
