Crystal structure and physicochemical properties of new copper(II) complexes with 3,5-di(tert-butyl)salicylaldehyde acylhydrazone

摘要
A series of new complexes was synthesized from copper(II) nitrate or perchlorate and acylhydrazones of salicylaldehyde derivatives with bulky tert-butyl substituents. It was shown that both the structural features of the ligands and the nature of acido ligands determined the structure and properties of the isolated complexes. The structure of the metal chelate synthesized by the reaction of copper nitrate with a ligand system obtained from hexanohydrazide, was determined by X-ray crystallography.
