摘要
The electrical and the surface morphological properties of BSCCO thin films samples were studied before and after 10.6 mum CO2 laser irradiation in O-2 Controlled atmosphere. Samples were prepared using standard molten and annealing techniques. Temperature dependence of the electrical resistance was measured by usual four points procedure inside a Helium cryostat. Morphological analysis was performed by atom force microscopy. Results show changes in the critical temperature depending on the O-2 pressure. Morphology study shows changes in surface roughness depending on the laser power and the irradiation time.
