摘要：
Nanoparticulate systems for drug delivery and clinical therapy in China were discussed in their history, main types, methods of preparation, surface modification and functions, such as improving solubility, increasing absorption and targetability. At the same time, some novel nanoparticulate techniques for drug delivery were introduced. Compared with international technology, some instructive suggestion was put forward.
