Epilepsy is a chronic disorder, which involves frequent contacts with medical corpus, which role can be beneficial and organizer, or contrarily disturbing and making trouble. Moreover, this disease is stigmatizing, and so people with epilepsy (PWE) are frequently prejudiced, although by medical corpus, which have to land these patients and their family tactfully and with psychology. In this work, we report the psychology of PWE and the characteristics of their relationship with physicians, in accordance with type of seizures, and developing their impact on patients' psychology, their own image and their relation with the others. We will insist on the necessity to form physicians to appropriate minimum fare of PWE, which will have positive impact on the psychology of these patients, will avoid some pathogenic mistakes.
