摘要：
We report a case of a humerus fracture with rare acute compartment syndrome of the triceps muscle after intramedullary nailing. Clinical (neurological) symptoms and measuring of the subfascial pressure of both triceps lead to early diagnosis. After immediate dermatofasciotomy we obtained full recovery of the radial nerv function.
