摘要
The grassroots government is the main force serving the grassroots masses and the main force for national governance,under the information background of the new era, higher requirements are put forward on the data sharing capabilities and mechanism innovation capabilities of the grassroots government. In order to modernize the governance capabilities of grassroots governments, smart governance has become an inevitable choice.This article analyzes the difficulties faced by the grassroots government in the process of modernization of governance capabilities and its realization path, in order to provide a reference for the governance of grassroots governments.
