摘要
In this paper we present a method for geometrical keystone correction of a video image using digital image processing. The method is divided into image deformation analysis and real-time image correction. The analysis is based on comparing a projected reference image against its original. The transformation is formulated as a sequence of simple operations which can be implemented for real-time execution using existing hardware technology. An implementation uses a programmable gate array (FPGA) and demonstrates the feasibility of real-time transformation of the image. The aim of the implementation is to minimize the hardware footprint and allow using a low-cost FPGA device.
